Radial Token Menu & Combat Flow

The radial token wheel is now wired into every board token. Drag-through submenus, HP quick-adjust, and condition toggles land in one cohesive interaction model.

What shipped

The radial token interaction model is complete. Every token on the board now responds to a long-press or right-click with a polished drag-through radial menu — no more tap-then-inspector flow.

Radial menu phases shipped:

  • Phase A — Drag-through gesture; backdrop removed so the board stays visible under the wheel
  • Phase B — GM ghost indicator for hidden tokens — the GM sees a translucent ghost where hidden tokens sit; players see nothing
  • Phase C — Conditions submenu wired to a right-side panel; all status conditions from the active ruleset are selectable
  • Phase D — HP submenu with set-current and set-max controls; changes broadcast to all participants instantly via Ably

Token HP bars — HP bars now render on all tokens at all times (not just on hover). Green → amber → red thresholds. The GM can quick-adjust HP directly from the radial wheel without opening a separate panel.

Combat token stacking — Multiple tokens in one cell fan out in a pile layout. The fan is interactive: select a token from the pile to bring it to the front.

What's next

Initiative tracking and turn order engine (CNT-368) is the next major combat milestone. Movement geometry (diagonal rules, Euclidean vs Chebyshev distance) comes after that.
